Shipping policy

We ship all orders across the US and Canada via FEDEX or Postal Service. The shipping cost is $21.95 for Post, and $15.95 for UPS.  However, if additional shipping is required, we will contact you before shipping.

We also ship to Europe and UK, Australia and Asia and around the globe. Shipping cost outside of USA and Canada is typically around $49.00 *Please note, there may be a customs charge depending on the country you live in. We are not able to calculate or predict what the cost would be or if there would even be a cost.

If you have any question regarding a product or an order that you have placed or would like to place an order by phone, please call us toll free at (855) 273-2181. All orders are priced in Canadian dollars. We make every effort to ship your order the same day. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery of items in-stock.

If your products have to come from the warehouse, we will notify you of any item that cannot be shipped immediately and you will be given the option to make any changes at that time.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, we have built our business on this policy. If you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives, you can return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund.
