Description
The LifeStraw Go Series Replacement Membrane Microfilter is designed for use with Go series water bottles from 2023 onwards. It is not suitable for older models equipped with a flip-up mouthpiece and carabiner feature.
It offers protection against various contaminants, including bacteria such as E.coli and Salmonella, parasites like Giardia and Cryptosporidium, as well as microplastics, chlorine, and organic chemical matter. Additionally, it effectively filters out silt, sand, and cloudiness, enhancing the water's taste.
The durable membrane microfilter has a lifespan of up to 1,000 gallons (4,000 L). It is engineered to cease water flow once it reaches the end of its service life. The activated carbon filter maintains effectiveness for up to 26 gallons (100 L) of water, contingent on correct usage and maintenance.
